WINES

Our vineyard produces red grapes - 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc and is situated on a south sandy hillside.
Once the grapes are blended, they produce a subtle and light wine, cardinal red in colour, fruity and slightly peppery to taste, due to the sandy soil.

COTTAGE

Set in the heart of La Tuque vineyard, an estate dating from the 18th century, the lodge faces a 10 hectares glade in the middle of the forest of Biron with a view of the prestigious castle classified as a national site.
