Six
hectares of vineyard open a clearing in the middle of oaks
and hundred-years-old sweet chestnut trees. In the big surroundings,
from Bergerac to Sarlat, the nature was protected from the
modern world: the young man (it's me) fell under the charm
of this region. It is thus quite naturally that I wanted to
make it my wine.
Of
the dream I am crossed in the act, me here is wine grower.
In direct contact with the quirks of the weather report, those
of the vine leaves and the more or less round grapes at the
time of the grape harvests. The magic it is the transformation
of the grape juice in wine, that in his turn should be ceaselessly
watched: he is alive and in constant evolution.
My
wine arises from vines Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and frank
Cabernet, it has a beautiful cardinal red dress, a slightly
peppered a fruity (the sandy soil which carries the vineyard
is for many there) Under the label " Local wine of Périgord
" you will notice that he gets married marvelously to
all the périgourdine kitchen!
